Well Hello There, Let's Dance

This picture took me probably two or three months to draw. I had a hard time working on it, so I worked on it till I was satisfied. I had it sketched on paper first, scanned it, and colored it.

I was playing the bubble game on JumpStart 2nd Grade. Do you know before you begin the game, there is a fish dancing around with one of the decorations? That decoration would be a little scuba diver. I wondered what gender the fish would have, so I imagined it being a girl.
There was another thing about the dancing fish and the scuba diver that there might be a story behind them. The girl fish probably imagined that someday she would find true love, so she pretended that the decoration would be her future lover. Another story I had in mind, that the fish girl was crazy, so she started dancing with the decoration when she thought it was moving. I completed this picture in Photoshop CC.
